This is a comprehensive seminar on the basic taxation in the Philippines, value- added tax and withholding tax. It covers the highlights of the Tax Reform for Acceleration & Inclusion (TRAIN) law which have a direct impact on income tax, employee withholding and fringe benefits tax. It also includes numerous revenue regulations and revenue memorandum circulars that are relevant to the aforementioned topics.
