About the Event
This course focuses on the key concept, underlying principles and salient provisions of the new reporting standard – PFRS for SEs. It includes the Securities and Exchange Commission Memorandum Circular No. 05 (2018), the key simplifications introduced by the PFRS for SEs and a comprehensive seminar on the “Framework” of the Philippine Financial Reporting Standard for Small Entities as defined by the Philippine Securities & Exchange Commission.
The objective of this seminar is to develop among the practitioners a deeper understanding of the recent modifications on the financial reporting standards, to further promote compliance and to identify similarities and distinguish major differences between PFRS for SEs and PFRS for SMEs.
Handouts and other seminar materials will be provided.
